Chiral (pronounced 'ki-rul') refers to the right- or left-orientation of a molecule. It is a technology that has been applied to the formulation of high performance cosmetic  products in which right and left handed molecules have been separated so that only the effective and useful molecule remains. This chiral molecule is then carefully placed into the ingredients of the products. Such technology makes skin care products more effective with less irritation because the skin is more receptive to chirally correct products.  

Essentially, "chirally correct" means that the molecules of the active ingredients fit the skin's receptors.  This correct orientation is good for skin, while the other chiral orientation is irritating and even damaging to skin.
